As my client, you’ll have my expert guidance & nerdy brain dedicated to help you every step of the way. After your photos are delivered, you’ll have access to an exclusive client portal, with step by step training videos to help you make the most of your photos.

HERE’S HOW IT WORKS
Simple from start to finish, I make sure all details are taken care of, every step of the way
Discovery Call: We’ll begin my making sure we’re creative soul-mates, and that we can work joyfully together. After you’ve booked your initial meeting, I’ll send you a link to fill out a short questionnaire about your needs, and then we’ll meet via skype to discuss everything about it.
Traveling & Photoshoot: The big day! This is where the magic happens! We’ll walk around the city laughing, taking photos and shooting mini video clips.
Contract & Invoice: After our call, I’ll send you a contract for you to sign digitally, with the click of a button, and an invoice for you to make a payment, including a list of travel expenses (for the SHINE AT HOME package only)
Post- Production: Once the shoot is finished, I’ll travel back home (if applicaple) and start editing all photos in Photoshop, using a professionally color-calibrated monitor to make sure all your photos look perfect, in both print and web.
Sourcing: After you’ve made your payment, we’ll set a date for the photoshoot, and I’ll book my ticket and accomodation. I’ll also source anything we need for the day of the shoot.
If you’re coming to Cyprus, I’ll book your hotel, transfers, transport, hair and makeup so that everything is ready for your arrival.
Proofs, Final Payment & Delivery: Once editing is finalized, I’ll upload all your photos to your private online gallery, where you’ll be able to select your favorites. You’ll also have one round of edits to make any adjustments you desire to get your photos to look like you dream. I’ll also send you a password so you can download your images with the click of a button.
Strategy, Design & Moodboard: This is where we start the VIP work! You’ll receive a link to your private client page, where you’ll find all information related to every step of the project, and a downloadable link to all documents we sign together. You’ll also have access to three branding personality tests, a custom styling questionnaire, and a link to book our 60 minute strategy call. After we meet, I’ll put all info together and create a custom mood board for your project and a shot list (with suggested locations) and send them to you for approval.
Access to bonus trainings: Together with the photos, I’ll send you access to the exclusive client portal, where you’ll find a series of step by step bonus video trainings to help you maximize your investment. I’ll also ship back to you whatever you’ve sent me for the shoot, and email you a tracking code for the shipment.
Some people think that because I am artistic or I have good taste, I can also take great photos.
I’ve tried the DIY method before and it worked for the first few years of my business.
But when you want to play in the big leagues you know you need to up your game, and photography was the first area I decided to invest. I was admittedly scared about hiring someone, but when I met Marcela she wiped away all my worries in an instant. She understood who I was and got my vision. She has wicked telepathy skills to guess what we want our pictures to look like. She always takes the shots we ask, and then some. And the “some”are always THE BEST. I HATE WEARING MAKEUP. DO I HAVE TO?
Great question.
NO. Branding photos are about showing the world who YOU are. If you don’t like makeup and don’t wear any, there’s no need for you to do so for a photoshoot. I don’t believe you need makeup to look your best- and most of my clients prefer not to use any.
You know what makes you shine in photos? Love and Passion for what you do. And I’m really good at making you connect to those energies during the shoot.
So hair and makeup? My advice is this: Do it if you find it fun, if it makes you light-up, if it feels joyful. I can help you achieve any look that you want or find the right makeup artist. If you don’t find it fun, feel free not to use any.
And know this: You are perfect as you are. And you don’t need makeup to sparkle.
I'M AN INTROVERT AND HATE HAVING MY PHOTOS TAKEN. CAN YOU HELP?
Want to know a secret? Most of my clients are introverts, and I’m one myself, so I’ve specialized in making naturally camera- averse people feel comfortable, confident and (above all) joyful when photographing with me.
I have a bag full of tricks to help you relax, have fun, and shine in every image. So yes, I can help.
WILL ALL IMAGES BE EDITED?
Yes, all my images include light editing in photoshop (brightness, color, contrast, etc).
Extensive photoshop work (such as composites) is not included.
DO YOUR FEES INCLUDE ALL EXPENSES?
No. My fees for the SHINE AT HOME package don’t include travel expenses (airplane, accomodation, per diem), including travel outside of the city where we’ll be shooting (other than the cases included in the rates descriptions above), nor do they include entrance fees to other places where you may want to shoot (such as museums).
My fees for the SHINE IN CYPRUS package don’t include your airplane ticket to get to Larnaca, nor entrance fees to locations which require one.
WHAT KIND OF LICENSE DO YOU PROVIDE? ARE THERE ANY LIMITATIONS?
When you work with me I’ll give you a license to use your photos in your shop, website, social media and in print (branding collateral, ebooks, book covers, etc) worldwide and in perpetuity.
There are three important limitations: 1) I retain copyright, so you can’t make the photo pass as your own, 2) The license is limited to you and your own business. This means that you can’t sell it, transfer it or sub-license it.3) I retain the right to use the images to promote my work: include them in my porfolio, blog posts, case studie (always tagging you and your business).
If your business has a multi-level marketing structure or you license the use of your products for other professionals to use your method, and you want to provide photos for them as part of the package, please let me know so I can quote a multiple license option that covers your licensees as well.
HOW CAN I BE SURE I'LL LIKE THE FINAL PHOTOS?
My whole process is designed to make sure that you do.
This is why I take great time and care planning and designing how my client’s photos will look- a process of which you’ll be an active participant.This is also why, once the shooting is finalized, I am available to work with you for adapting the shots to your liking in post-processing.
DO YOU PROVIDE ANY GUARANTEES?
Yes, I do.
To begin with, when you work with me you get a contract where all aspects of our working together will be detailed…because we’re all smart cookies and understand that the Law is awesome…right?
But since you can’t read all 7 pages of my beautifully detailed contract, here’s the short of it : If you don’t like your images, I’ll reimburse you the money.
Yes, that’s how much I believe in my work and how much I value your investment and your time.
I DON'T NEED A FULL DAY SHOOT. DO YOU DO HALF DAY SHOOTS OR LESS?
I completely understand.
Here are some options for you:
1) Get a couple of friends or colleagues. I can only travel for full day shoots, but I’m happy to divide the day between a maximum of 3 persons in each location (2,5 hours photoshoot each, 50 + images). Contact me for more details on how this can work!
2) Meet me in one of the cities where I photograph. I’ll be shooting in London in December 2018, and periodically organize photoshoots in different European cities.
3) Are you coming to Cyprus? I have 2,5 hours and half day packages available here all year long.
I LIVE IN CYPRUS. DO YOU HAVE OTHER PACKAGES FOR LOCALS?
